Managing your Stakeholders

Intro. Stakeholders can be defined as anyone who can affect or be affected by anything you are trying to do. Considered stakeholder management, therefore, can often make the difference between successful and unsuccessful projects. This course will enable delegates to identify, prioritise and manage stakeholders as an integral part of the project process and to win their support for project objectives.
