Intro. For anyone that is involved in tendering procedures or simply deals with contractual documents it is critical that they understand the fundamental points that must be considered when working with contractual bid documents.

This course will help in gaining a clear understanding and methodical approach to the tendering process and documents involved in order to avoid costly mistakes later in the project.
