Supply Chain and Partnering

Intro. You will have seen the term 'supply chain and partnering' and may have wanted to know more. Are you about to bid on a project which will be adopting a partnering philosophy?

Major improvements can be made to all aspects of the construction supply chain through collaborative working to deliver better performance and less waste.

This course considers the processes required in order to obtain best practice in securing goods and services by employers and contractors for building and civil engineering contracts.
Who will benefit? Clients, consultants, designers, quantity surveyors, constructors and the rest of the supply chain who are new to the concepts of collaborative working and supply chain principles.
What will I learn? Delegates will gain an understanding of how the supply chain works and the types and workings of a range of partnering agreements.
